- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you're charged the pro-rata difference. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your billing cycle.
- What counts as a 'learner'?
- A learner is any user who has logged in and accessed at least one course or learning path in the current billing month. Admins and L&D managers do not count toward the learner limit.
- Do you offer annual billing discounts?
- Yes — the prices shown are annual rates. Monthly billing is available at a 20% premium. Enterprise plans are negotiated annually.
